Job Description

The Ideal Candidate should embody the following:

• A person with a well-defined entrepreneurial spirit, capable of addressing daily challenges and finding suitable solutions;

• A person with a thirst for knowledge and open to continuous learning;

• Prioritization, organizational, and communication skills;

• Involved, determined, motivated by financial achievements, and result-oriented;

• Observant spirit, understanding capacity, able to propose timely solutions;

• Completed or ongoing higher education (economic, legal profile is an advantage);

• Advanced level in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);

• Analytical skills and reporting of macro-economic concepts as well as those specific to the real estate market;

• Written/conversational knowledge of at least one foreign language (preferably English);

• Positive client-oriented attitude;

• B-category driving license.

• Document analysis and centralization

• Active involvement and tracking of projects involved.

• Participation in meetings, industry events, etc.;

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues in interconnected departments.
